So I have a shock that's leaking a little oil. I didn't see anything in the fmcsa saying it's a violation. Does anyone know if it is?

I know I should replace it but if I can wait a week or two till I swing by the house to just replace them all at once with a different brand id rather do that.

    D.Tibbitt Thanks this.

Get a can of brake cleaner at the truckstop and spray off the oil each morning until u get home.

just beware that the "little leak" you see now, can suddenly erupt into something like a womans water breaking, and all hell is gonna break loose for you, at the worst possible time, like rolling into a scalehouse, and the DOT guy is standing right there.......he's gonna get wet........

make sure you get it fixed ASAP.
