    Thanks bamanation,

BTC was one of the first two (BTC, CT Transportation) that I looked into. BTC isn't taking students at this time.

I unloaded in Baytown, TX next to a BTC truck and talked with the driver. He's from MS and loves BTC. He's driven for them for 5yrs and said he gets home every weekend, usually around 3-4pm Friday. So, when Arrow crapped out, BTC was the natural choice with a yard here in B'ham.

    Thanks for the tip though.

Off subject, congrats on the National Championship.

(Re: Hi I don't have enough posts to do pm yet.)

I'll know Monday if I attend orientation with Maverick on January 31st, or if I have to wait another week. Unless Howard Transportation calls with comparable hometime, that's the plan.

Thanks for checkin' in on me!

I know it's been a while. But just in case anyone is wondering. I am still with Maverick. Overall I can't complain. The ONLY thing I can say negative, is that they don't pay enough for tarp pay. Outside of that, Maverick is pretty solid. I plan on riding with Maverick unless I decide to get my own truck in a year or two.

    Thanks for all the support!
    You guys are great!

If you are looking for a really good flat bed company to work for look, then give Leavitts Frieght Service a call. They are a family owned company. They are hiring flat bed drivers and boom truck drivers.
