Add arizona to that list. About 5 years ago, my mothers house in the phoenix suburbs was worth 150k.. This past year it was appraised for 400k. Nothing different about it. Except that it has new appliances and wood floor instead of carpet.
Its the same house i grew up in. Was built in 1990 maybe 91. Plus the funny part is i know where all the holes in the wall used to be from me and my brother doing stupid stuff in the house. A couple of them are only known to me and him. We fixed it before mom and dad got home, knowing the ### whooping we were gonna get, we got pretty good at watching dad how to fix them and took it upon ourselves![]()

Not many folks in Welch, WV either. It’s just poor as a snake now, and hilly of course lol….JoeyJunk, Flint1, jamespmack and 9 others Thank this. -
I always say I want to move to someplace flat, without rocks everywhere you try to dig. And then I drive along someplace flat, where you can see your neighbors, and their neighbors, and think of what kind of backstop I'd have to build to shoot, and then the tornadoes, and what venomous snakes range there, and just come back home to Pennsyltucky.Flint1, jamespmack, TripleSix and 9 others Thank this.

For sure! I can't afford anything in Utah anymore. Thank God for trucks with sleepers
Most housing goes within 15 minutes of being online. People offering way more than what is posted for the apartments, houses, condos, townhouses, rooms for rent just because of the shortage of housing. Ridiculous. Might be eventually moving to the Southeast or Northeast (well not too far East and not all the way Northeast either lol)
jamespmack, cke, PoleCrusher and 3 others Thank this. -
Hey as long as there aren't many people and it is country kind of an area, I'd move
Or at least consider it in one of the places I would think of moving to.
jamespmack, cke, PoleCrusher and 4 others Thank this. -
@OLDSKOOLERnWV
Only thing that would suck is I don't know anybody anywhere on that side of the United States. And obviously don't know anything about how safe any places are. Like I said that last week was my first time ever going to several of those states out that way......jamespmack, cke, PoleCrusher and 4 others Thank this. -
What'd you do troublemaker??? LMAO

jamespmack, cke, PoleCrusher and 4 others Thank this.
