Anyone get inspected?

Don’t know how I slid through today, last 20 miles in OK they were everywhere. Texas was open past rest area doing lots of inspections, that’s never open. 82 & 69 were busy to

 

I thought these eld's make it "impossible" to be in sleeper and travel 800 miles

 

wouldn't that have kicked him onto the drive line?

 

No, just unlikely.
And if you are caught somehow bypassing the ELD...

What exactly happens then?
OOS for a 10 and then back on the road?
Fines, or worse?

 

That's one of the reasons I like to drive at night. No open scales from DFW to Denver.

 

I would like to see what happens to that person company after all said and done. That was burning up the midnight hour while sleeping. Ha Ha

 

Hmmm just a side point how often do the authorities pull you up to actually give you a compliment? Now that would be a pleasant surprise.

 

When I got inspected last summer the officer said that's pretty clean for a 99. Guess that's close enough

 

Have him give you couple clean level ones. Will boost your score
