    Owners' claim for deadfreight

    An owner is entitled to deadfreight if the charterer fails to load the full amount of cargo which he has agreed to supply under the terms of the charterparty.Oct 4, 2012

    Clear? If he says 45K and only loads 20K then you have a claim for 25K.
