Don't forget your sleeper AC has a big paper filter you need to change. Mine was luke warm air then I changed my cab and bunk air filters and the air actually got cold in the sleeper in again.
But it's not nearly as cold as the front of the cab, my sleepers lucky to be 74 in the back with full AC on during summer, used to freeze me out with the bunk curtains closed now it's #### and I have to close just the front cab curtains and have both AC and still not cold. I almost bought a stand up unit and vented the heat out the passenger escape window lol. But summers almost over so I got all fall and winter to have KW fix it on warranty. -
I hear my account blower in sleeper blowing but hardly no air coming out the vents...about to burn up

There's a lot of misinformation in this thread. First off, let's clsrify: there's no blend door in the sleeper.. The blend door in the cab changes where the air blows. An electric actuator typically controls the position in unison with the vent selector. You sleeper has an actuator too but it opens and closes to varying degrees the amount of coolant flowing to the sleeper. When these fail and are stuck open and you have valves on those lines you have another option to close those lines. But mostly we're not addressing the A/C switch in the sleeper. A/C in the cab and have the switch Off in the sleeper and although on cold it's just an ambient temperature without heat. Once the S/C switch is activated an expansion valve them allowed the chilled freon to flow to sleeper and. VOILA, you have A/C
