Don't get a new SCR yet. The logical thing to think when your soot level goes up is that it's being restricted somewhere along the line, but I think it can also be a lack of pressure from injectors not working right. Mine had similar issues, it would act up under load and drive fine while flat and light. The soot gauge was showing 200% full, and then while derated, it would settle back down and the codes would go away. I cleaned up the DPF and flow tested it. Got a new delta P sensor and cleaned the pipes to it, still an issue. I had them test the EGR and it failed, so that got replaced and cleaned the cooler while it was off, which helped, but 800 miles later the injector finally gave out and threw a code and started knocking and sputtering. I had the injector replaced and the soot gauge has been stable since then.

I won't, as you can see guys at volvo can only replace, they can't repair/clean.
On my "can scr be cleaned" questions, tech said no. I will never ever take my truck to this shop again. Supposedly 2 tech couldn't find exaust leak after teling them multiple times over the phone location of the leak.
The amount of times I had to return truck or waste money on uber to go there and point with my finger wheres the problem is mind-blowing. I've been extremely patient, managers were involved and still nothing. They even lied to me when they cleaned the dpf for the second time, saying regen lasted 45minutes, and the problem was my ELD cause it was pluged into obd! Apparently it never let the regen to finish. I forgot to mention this stupidity cause I lost a track of events already. Needless to tell you that regen took 1hour and 45 minutes to finish.

After replacing outlet nox sensor I asked the guy if he did forced regen, he said no, I just took it for a test drive.

So heres an update, Volvo sent us the an estimate for injectors and scr for 12k $.
So I took my truck back and I left it at a shop in Chicago on Tuesday morning.
Just spoke with the guy, he said that injectors are not perfect but they passing test, and fuel economy is 6.9
There is no boost leak, but they found that one def line is bad and because of it he could not initiate scr regen. They will fix all that, along with crankcase sensor that went bad since truck was at volvo and suggested to take it on a road for couple of loads and see if problem with regens persist.

He also mentioned that long crank issue could be due to mechanical problem on injector and he can't test that on computer.

Fun fact, after taking my truck from Volvo, thing was pissing def on one of the lines that go to the def filter/housing. They didn't bother to put a clamp or whatever is supposed to secure that line in place.
As I said, complete amateurs. Will never take my truck to Kriete in Milwaukee.

    loudtom Thanks this.

    UPDATE

injectors replaced 1 week ago, truck is starting ok now but I still have problem with regens every single day. Only good thing about it now is that it finishes in ~50mins.

P269800 code is on, looking into it found out its for 7th injector.
The thing is that 7th injector was replaced by volvo, like 4-5k miles ago.

Could this now be only doser problem? What makes em go bad in such short period?

Your truck should have an AHI module before the 7th injector. If you don't change your air dryer cartridge often enough, then I think it can get gummed up and prevent the 7th injector from working properly. But I don't know if this is going to fix having to perform regens every day, since you've been completing them already without an issue.

I've read a post, how they fixed an issue replacing air dryer, could be your post, not sure. I will look into it.
Replaced 7th injector last night, will be rolling on monday again and will update here.

I’m going through almost the exact same thing. I’m getting all the same codes you were. We’ve had to replace injectors twice in the last 6 months, we replaced scr sensors and doser. I’ve been having to regen at least once a day. We’re close to $20k deep in this issue.

Were you able to reaolve the problems? If you did, what was the magic trick?

Sorry to hear that. I still have to regen every other day.
Truck seemed to be ok couple of months ago, wanted to regen like once a week and that was acceptable. Now as I said every other day. I drove this long through the problem, basically whenever it asked me to regen I would just continue driving and it goes away. Now it's not. Completes the regen in 50minutes but it is complete pain.
I will probably fix it the good ol way, cause its not going back to Volvo and I'm not dumping any more money into dpf sistem.
