The homeowner WAS WARNED by the sheriffs office that the proper permits were REQUIRED before the house could be moved! But did he listen?? Nooooooooo!

It's funny, I don't argue that at all. I think most of us have pulled an illegal trailer and gotten away with it. I have. But moving a whole house and thinking that nobody would notice? That's optimism taken to the nth degree.
