On another note, is it like Bull testicles at this festival or just all kinds?? I've never ate anything of the sort. Not even liver, chicken feet, any of the sorts. Heard liver and onion is good, but I wouldn't know.

Never even tried venison, buffalo, duck....anything that is out of the typical "norm". Although I've eaten calamari, lobster, shrimp...
But that's pretty normal seafood stuff though I think
