Class Action Lawsuit Against Concentra

Literally though, this doctor lied. I never said i fall asleep in the day or that i snore. I litterally have never had anyone tell me i snore. I also have never had a doctor tell me i had high blood pressure. I was actually only seen in the examination room maybe 5minutes. I waited an hour and a half to be seen. Then once in it maybe only took 15 minutes to take the drug test, eye exam and physical plus the hpe. They never measured my height or weighed me, they only took my blood pressure once and it was immediately after i was walked into the exam room. Rushed in and rushed out like i was in line at a fast food restaurant. I am in metro Detroit. Down river.

 

I should mention , i had went somewhere else before i went to concentra and had a dot physical and drug screening performed same day as i went to concentra for this potential job and i passed got a 2 year dot card and passed my drug screening so im curious how my concentra dot physical came back as a three month only cert when the one i took earlier that day today from a different clinic certified me for 2 years. I did however tell the concentra doctor i already had a Dot card. He said, How? your not in our system.

He also tried to say i had blood in my piss and i know that is also false cause it would have came up in my previous physical and urinalysis from Earlier in the day.

 

I will not go to Concentra for the reasons you guys talk about. I pay for my own physical now.
If I ever look for a new employer I will be sure they do not force Concentra physicals. It would be a deal breaker.

 

I never go to a doctor , never get sick, only do my 2 yr cert, they ask questions on anything I always say no. Even if you have a problem. How they gonna know. Even if you have a primary doc. How they gonna know. And far as Hippa , The FMCSA HAS NO RIGHT TO KNOW YOUR MEDICAL HISTORY.
But if you have a medical issue that would cause you to have an accident then it's your duty to protect the public. As far as a sleep study. I personally think if you get sleepy. Pull over take a nap. Everyone gets sleepy driving fit 11 hrs straight. If you don't your a super trucker

 

Anyone can have a heart attack , age is not the answer. I've heard of teenagers having them. So not sure where you think no one healthy can have a heart attack.

 

I will go in a class action suit with you they just did the same thing to me.

Add my name to the lawsuit as well. Crooks and I even told the doctor I lost 11 pounds since my last visit where they issued me a two year card. How the hell does losing 11 pounds give you sleep apnea? Snoring is not a clear sign of sleep apnea either because everyone I know does, especially if they are having issues controlling their allergies. I may go after my employer because they will not accept a physical from a second opinion doctor, even one that has been DOT certified, which tells me something isn’t right here.

If Concentra goes out of business it wouldn't hurt my feelings one bit. I hope this lawsuit bankrupts 'em.
