    I am not sure if you can do that 24 hours a day. I have had to call into Great west to have it done once when my agent had left for the day but normally I send an email to my agent and they take care of it. I am open deck so not much happens after 5:00 pm depending on what part of the country you are in at least with what I do which is just normal stuff. So I really haven’t needed to.

    If you're with progressive now and tired of waiting sometimes an hour on hold for a COI you should call them again and inquire about their online option. IIRC they have a site that allows you to do it without calling in.

    After 16 years, we switched TO Progressive last year. I recommend the insurance brokers at NASTC, some of the best service of any insurance broker I’ve dealt with in over 30 years in business.
