So I was just pulled over and put out of service for my tablet dying in the officers hands while he was checking my logs. Mind you. I’ve had my truck in for service for a week and a half and I was under PC when this happened. Tablet was working and once the officer held it with in 30 secs it died and now I was issued a violation ELD-no record of duty status. Is there anything I can do? How bad is this.

@thatguyfrombk, you were given an inspection correct?Another Canadian driver and Bean Jr. Thank this. -
I think you had a 5 point violation..... since it put you OOS it adds 2 points. So thats 7.
Then if im not mistaken you multiply that by 3....so your company gained 21 csa points.Another Canadian driver and Bean Jr. Thank this. -
