Let's see, what have we done?
Landscapers came out and trimmed the hedges, bushes and a couple trees. Edged everything and mowed and or weed wacked the entire property.
Pressure washer came out and washed every building on the property and did the paint area of the shop so it is ready for the painting "arrteest" to show up Tuesday ish and paint Mom's truck. He shows Tuesday or I get to hunt his a s s down.
Chicken coop and yard has been moved. New water system delivered to coop. Compost barrels full for next years garden supplement. Barrels on an auto turn system so no wrestling with the hand crank.
Water system to garden laid in and on timers that will activate if a section of the garden gets dry, or will come on for normal watering as well.
New romex in shop, new lights in shop that now lights up every place in the shop brightly. (Blindingly!)
New always hot water heater installed in the house. No cold showers now!
New house windows being installed today, black. New copper colored metal roof goes on Thursday. House and shop to be painted in two weeks.
We will have the fencing and huge automatic gate done tomorrow. It took all of us to get it done!
Mom borrowed a grader and did the driveway and the 2 mile dirt road in front of the house. (Pissed the nurse off, but the grader was here, so she used it.)
Low voltage lighting up the driveway installed. Also installed around the breezeway. Security lighting and cameras for the house will be installed after paint.
The list is getting shorter....I think.
Tired son #2.
To be fair Mom called in 5 guys who weld or we would still be working on the fence. Mom and her little bit of fencing! OMG!PoleCrusher, CAXPT, beastr123 and 9 others Thank this. -
Kenworth sure is proud of their currently "unobtanium for at least 10 weeks" headlights. $1500 for a pair. HAHAHAHAHAHA... NO.
