2023 vnl 760 rough ride

I have a 2023 volvo vnl 760 with only 35 thousand miles on it. The truck feels like I'm driving on deflated bags.but they are aired up. I've been to two different volvo dealers.and have gotten different answers. M&k in Gary ID. Said to drive it til I need a tow truck.volvo in Mobile AL said it was a dry fifth wheel plate. Cause they couldn't find the problem. Tube of grease later and I still have the same issue. It's a rough ride. Feels like suspension isn't aired up. But gages are good bags are fully inflated. Leveling rod works properly. It's new so shocks and things shouldn't be worn out yet. Someone please steer me in the right direction to resolve this issue.

 

Not sure. Like I said it's a brand new truck.
