Some things never change then! I’m there now and fuel is 6.50 a gallon. Did the math and I’ve broken even a couple of days. I am already looking to leave. I’ve only been there a few months.

 

Spot on! Now I’m driving for them when fuel is 6.50 a gallon! Looking to leave ASAP! Please don’t anyone else fall for this trap of a place!

 

They're paying the same rates as 10 years ago even now when fuel is $6.50 a gallon?

Well I’m here n Florida and I’ve also heard that about evans. I’ve been told the dispatchers have a lot of trucks therefore you already no who’s going to get work and the best loads.

 

It’s 2023 and AGAIN ! They legit got caught with stealing from the rate . CENTO load pays land $654.34 for the load. LAND GIVES YOU $240 plus $85 for fuel. Take %30 OUT OF THE 240 , THATS AN EXTRA %30 they steal off the already stolen rate ! 240-%30($85)= $168 now add the fuel = $253 NOW MINUS the fuel you burned to get there and coming back WITH TOLL AT $40 for Whitman ‍♂️ so 253-40= $213minus fuel , easy $70 , your at $143In reality you should be getting ATLEAST DOUBLE THIS ! not to mention your not guaranteed a pickup but when you start , you’ll be fed good runs for about 2 months then get the , only got a pick up today , meaning , go grab a empty , drive to Millville NJ AND BRING A 45k lb load back from EPSOMA ! your insane to come here and they don’t care because dummies do clown work. you’ll take home maybe $1500 week BUT take out fuel and your getting maybe $1100 because TOLL ! They are robbing you guys off rates and everyone knows ! Even other brokers will tell you about this place and how they run. You’ll get the “ call mike in the morning” nothing in. Now go park up at the rail and watch all the new drivers leaving with loads with seals on back ! It’s the worst place ! you’ll go broke and let the truck need repair . Literally your put back atleast 2 months in profit take. stay away !
