Do you get a lot of Canada runs with WS?

 

ehh... not really, they pretty much have a few dedicated guys that do the canada runs, and iv heard in the past they have a waiting list for that job...

 

Hey all my forum connections. To many to address on my phone. Caught Ride from driver doing a run la area so I am riding with him. My truck is in SFS don't k ow the number yet but will be there Monday. Had to get off road last night. Blowing hard No vis. And oh yea. The road dissapeared under the snow and ice. Today my driver told me to go ahead and take over so I got a couple hundred miles in behind the wheel. Lots of wind. Grades. Snow and ice and I got to back Ito my first truck stop n Ogden , ut. Man what a small parking lot. Had to do 4 pullups but at least it ended up where it was suppose to be. Stopping in hesperia or Vegas tomorrow cuz we are a ahead of schedule for a Monday unload.

Good to hear, SBD!! Glad it's going ok so far....as for your truck in SFS, when I went by the shop over in La Mirada last week, there were some nice looking rigs there. I also saw my first WS skateboarder, but his truck was maroon colored, so I would guess he was an O/O.....

Funny story, on Friday, I had just come back from going off site for my lunch at school. I had just parked and was sitting there listening to the radio before time to go back in. You can see an onramp for I5 northbound, and I just happened to look over and there was a red WS freightshaker just getting on the freeway.....

..sure it wasn't a Maverick truck, they run Maroon flattops?

 

it could have been, however the Maverick logo is on the door, watkins shepards are not on the door, and most of our o.ops paint them on the sleeper or the fuel tanks,
our company recently did away with the company flatbed division and is all o.ops now, we used to have 100 company flatbeds, and a lot of o.os as well, now, i have no clue how many o.o flats we have.
