You have to sign a consent form to have a driver facing camera in your truck or else it's illegal! If it's not a DOT requirement then I don't need it. It's not my problem if trucking companies want to save on their insurance rates. My driving record speaks for itself.

As it is associated with “Inward Facing Cameras” Without the ‘employee’ signing a document thus giving permission to the employer that he/she can be monitored at any time?
Then at present. The use of the Inward-Facing Camera(s). Is in direct violation of the 4th, 5th (self-Incrimination) & 14th amendments.

You do realize that the bill of rights protects us only from the government, right? Obviously not.

Not how it works. The bill of rights has nothing to do with your relationships with private businesses.
