I have an old kenworth with an AG100 suspension. One of the SQHD rears went out and I’m thinking now may be the time to put some lockers on it. I’m looking for a cutoff I can swap over. What are my options? Can I get a cutoff from a walking beam truck, other air glide systems like 200, 400, 460, from other manufacturers trucks, or am I stuck swapping from an AG100?

Best to find cutoff that has same frame thickness, height, and width.

You can put whatever you want on there. If you're splicing the frame, find something with the same size rails and graft it on.

I understand that I can put anything I want on there. I was hoping to not have to drill more holes in the frame than what’s already there. That’s why I was wondering what rear end housings I can bolt up to what’s already there. The center bracket and arms have already been replaced so I was hoping to just swap rear housings out.

Any housing that was once mated to an AG100 will be easiest. Otherwise you'll more than likely have to cut and weld new brackets to the housing, which is not exactly straightforward. A few special processes are involved when welding axle housings.
