if it starts after replacing a clutch the flywheel is likely not timed to the crank and needs a new main gear and flywheel.
OP, could be a bent tone ring on the intake cam. could have been bent during injector replacement...not sure if it was removed at that time, it doesnt have to be. if cam housing was resealed, could be out of time.

Go back and read post #'s 12,15,22 in this thread. You don't say if any work was done recently on the truck.

- Mine ended up being that tone ring. Its really hard to find this issue because hardly anyone suspects its, but we checked all the sensor and electrical stuff, spent a whole day searching for it and it ended up being that tone ring. Unfortunately you cannot buy it alone, you have to get the full cam shaft with tone ring from dealer and its about $12-1400 brand new or you can find it at a junk place for cheaper.
