Just by chance do you know how much flex teams get paid out of San Antonio,TX? Since it’s considered east for Estes

Not sure. I think teams split pay is some where in the .80s range.

Yeah it's definitely 80 something. Extra board solo is like .7725! If I could be guaranteed to run West I'd run extra board crazy. I still miss it

It wasn’t at my job. My “training” consisted of watching somebody bang pups together for a night. Then when I took my last peddle run I was just handed a stack of bills, told which trailer to hook up to and to go get it done.

I was out until 11:00 PM that night.

Serves you right because you're pretty lazy too. You lazy jokers wanna run local and work 8 hours a day.

Is Estes the type of place you just stop by and talk with terminal mgr? You know some places are uptight nowadays

I’d say it would depend on the terminal and what kinda guy the TM is.

I was out of Owensboro KY. It was a small barn barely enough room to turn around in the yard. TM was a laid back chill dude. Bigger terminals with more things going on he may be more business.

Yeah prolly laid back. As long as he’s not a guy who takes authority to his head.

    Texas_hwy_287 and dwells40 Thank this.
