Im glad. I am aware of it. But I killed off that particular situation.
As much as I almost killed off this one as well. I post occasionally but it has no value to many here. So its just passing time.

I always wondered what happened to him. Good to hear he’s still kicking. It’s just not the same on TTR anymore without almost dislocating a thumb scrolling thru his response. I’m gonna let @bzinger know he’s still alive. Thanks for the info @LTL Bull

So why did he disappear from the Truckers report?
pumpkinishere, D.Tibbitt, bzinger and 1 other person Thank this. -
Because too many people called him on his bs stories and HORRIBLE advice to new drivers.IH Truck Guy, pumpkinishere, blairandgretchen and 11 others Thank this.

He got the boot. Sorry to say, but those countertop stories were getting very old, along with posting the wrong information to driver’s when it came to advice.pumpkinishere, 48Packard, Dale thompson and 5 others Thank this.

You sure that’s him ?
Asking for a friendpumpkinishere, bzinger and Diesel Dave Thank this. -
I blocked his posts long time ago and did not even know he got booted.
Figured he was an old dude sitting at home all day long and writing poems in here. For some reason I thought he died from Covid
pumpkinishere, Northern Nomad, Savor the Flavor and 1 other person Thank this. -
I thought he passed of covid too actually. I'm glad I was wrong. If all he did was post his war stories, true or not, I think he would have been a great addition to the site. His biggest problem was he gave horrible advice and was flat wrong on most regulations. And instead of trying to learn, he would block people that corrected him. It was to the point he claimed he had to prune his ignore list every couple months because he hit the site limit.
How he kept track of threads is beyond me with so many people on ignore.
That said I'm fairly certain the retired driver that lived in Alaska and posted war stories passed away, maybe even before covid.Coffey, bzinger, Diesel Dave and 1 other person Thank this.
