Figured i would try asking you guys since a lot of you actually know how to work on your truck/apu. Any of you drivers have the go green apu in their truck? Trying to trouble shoot why it’s stopped blowing out air entirely, doesn’t even sound like it’s trying to. Can’t seem to find any info online either. Should also mention: We will try checking the filter, we already tried restarting the apu multiple times. It’s just so weird how it worked just fine yesterday, tried firing it up earlier today and auto fan/ highest speed wouldn’t blow out air at all but the lower speeds worked for the most part except for cutting out for a few seconds then firing back up. Tonight, it won’t fire up at all on any of the speed settings. Tried checking the fuses in the apu itself but they all look fine, apu itself fires up, just won’t blow any air.

Years ago my boss tried a off brand APU is was way more expensive than getting a brand name in the end . Hopefully this company is better.

Honestly with companies like these they are charging the same price for a major brand name such as carrier or TK.. The interface on green apu sucks also makes me think it's from like 2000 lol.

There is green and go green. Two different companies.

    Go Green APU- Altoona, PA

    Green APU- Lemont, IL

Smith Transport has the Go Green on all trucks as they are headquartered 20 minutes away in Roaring Spring. I called about their used models last year and I swear the lady said $9000. No thanks.

I bought a factory reconditioned one yr ago. Rebuilt Yanmar 2 cyl new starter new alternator new a/c compressor. New generator. Has worked flawlessly. Go Green bought out Blackrock and improved it alot. I would call Ken on the phone and ask as these people are very helpful with questions. I like it as all the hard parts are available in most auto parts stores. 24,000 btu cold and 20,000 btu heat.
