Even after the state of Va posted neon signs @ Christiansburg, Va on 1-81, "NO PARKING ON SHOULDER". the other nite there were 11 trucks parked there on the shoulder. I run from Lexington, Va to Knoxville, Tn and I cannot count the number of trucks parked on the shoulders that I have to move over for. And half of them had just come by a ramp. One was parked in the "Y" instead of getting on the side of the ramp. The driving schools are really turning out some brilliant "steering wheel holders".
Stop Parking on the Shoulder! !
