Yep, just not pretty. Company i worked for we built some on wheels, lifting ring and hitch. Battery mounted on it. You could just set it next to a wreck or tow it up and down a ditch with a skiddy. Fab are own piercing nozzles to. Hammer them into a upside down tank and suck it dry.
