Mobile Document Scanners?

Put Brother Inkjet MFC's in. Low price, reliable totally usable for all things needed by a driver. Print, enlarge, scan, fax(if setup) and most are wifi capable so once set up and paired with phones (Brother has a phone app) it functions from there to allow a driver to print stuff if they took pictures (accidents, BOL, Permits) etc. Do not fall into the Laser printer camp as laser printer uses a powder that can cause health problems unless it's in a sealed and ventilated (outside of the cab) area. Breathing problems or worse could happen and you don't need that kind of comeback.
You give up a little storage area, but it stays with the truck, hopefully and can be really useful for all things needed with good resolution.
This one is very similar to the one that I used in my truck for my paperwork needs. This also has a cloud connect usage so if you have your own account setup for it, you should be able to access any paperwork that way also, so you'll need to know what you're doing also:

This is the MFC-J1010DW, the DW means Duplex (both sides can be printed) and Wireless.

Strap it down, there's usually straps in the cabinets to hold things down, if not, it's not hard to fabricate something..it is your truck.

 

Just download "One Drive".. takes pictures and turns them into pdfs.. Great for reciepts, not the greatest for full pages, but it does them good enough for documentation.. not good enough for my OCD
