Where is everyone #5

I'm going through stuff today looking for something in the storage building and what's this? 4 boxes with RC Nitro cars- I forgot I had those! Whatever I was looking for can wait, this looks more fun. Took them to the workshop, cleaned up, new batteries, even jugs of unopened fuel. Heh, may as well giver a try.

Straight out the workshop door, into the 3/4 gravel which it hurls at great velocity back at me and all over in the workshop and out into the field.
If that was on video everyone would laughing hysterically, and I'd be OK with that.

 

I've got some more trucking coming up so I pressure washed 'ol Flash and did a once over; grease, adjust the clutch, adjust the brakes, etc. Get to the right front and it rolls the cam, well that's not right. Pull the dust cover and these roll out. That spring isn't supposed to be that shape I don't think

 

All you had to do was volunteer to wash the sh I t box.
But no!! you guys just like posting bacon pics. I know how you guys are.

 

Washing the s-box would have been more fun with the added benefit of a little bit of exercise.

Theoretically, yes.

Realistically? It would involve a border crossing that I don't think I'm papered enough for.

Must be Fort Nelson they have in mind. That’s the only place I can think of you can get 1000mi from the border in BC without leaving civilization altogether. That’s getting up there though. Ft Nelson used to be Mile 300 the Alaska Hwy. It’s a bit shorter now with improvements and realignments.

When you headed up that way? Highway 5 then 16?

 

I haven't secured the load yet. I'll find out in the am. Haven't even looked at the route, just saw where it was on the map. Looks like something i'd enjoy.
