I would prefer to drive it home, rather than to a terminal and then have to drive my personal vehicle back to my house(which is unlikely to be a short drive).
I live in the country, on a large piece of property and my house is not visible from the road. Neighborhoods and HOAs don't exist anywhere near me(on purpose). I am 100% certain that me driving the tractor onto my land is allowed. -

Agreed. What I found most drivers do is contact the shop to see when a PM is due. If one is due they will take the truck to a terminal if possible when on home time. The primary problem with that is many drivers park at home and their closest terminal might be 1,000 miles away. When a driver does not generally park in a terminal getting a PM done can be a royal PITA. I also agree about making 100% sure you can legally park when on hometime. Never just assume you can.tscottme Thanks this.
