My Trucker is currently with Covenant Transport, and is looking for something closer to home ( regional -- Southeast). Recently I found out that Buske has a terminal 10 minutes from our home . (perfect). Has anyone heard about them? :biggrin_25525:

I actually used to drive for Buske, out of a different terminal. They were great, no problems getting home, excellant equipment.

I've pretty much decided on Buske for driving out of STL area. For the most part, they fit my ideal company. Decent pay, decent home-time, consistent lanes, pet friendly, PAPERLOGS, EZ/PrePass, smaller company, lots of northeast (im an east coast junkie), oh and I'm kinda hyped about driving an automatic.

HOWEVER, I cant find anything good on them :biggrin_25513: . Every time I search them, I find those aweful scam stories or drivers from 1-2 years ago who claim they were treated well for a year then treated crappy (I cant help but suspect thats when the annual review is and thats when the company cleans out its...weak links).

PLEASE please please help me find some good reports on them.

Lied about what kind of trucks they had available. Said they have Volvo's, Columbias and KW (t900)'s. After finding out all they had available was the KW's I had to drive one for my road test. I'm 5'0" and I couldnt see over the curve in the dash. I tried to adjust my seat up, but then I couldnt reach the pedals. And this truck was SMALL. Super tiny. No cabinets, desk or top bunk. No room to store anything. I hate to have to pass on a job just because the equipment sucked but theres no way I could drive it safely or live in it comfortably.

I'm going to continue with orientation, but if they dont have another truck available, I'm going have to wait for one and continue job hunting in the mean-time.
