I eat whatever the hell I want to and jog 3 miles a day every day when I park the truck.

Exercise will do you much more good than trying to eat healthy in the truck. I eat a salad every day and other than that, eat what I want, when I want.

You're fortunate. Some people have to struggle and have discipline to stay healthy.

If you eat what you need to, you don't need to take supplements. Foods have the nutrients you need if you eat the right foods. Most of those supplements come out when you pee anyway.

Vitamins are a massive waste of money, research shows

"The scientists point to increasing the amount of fruits, vegetables and other plant foods as an easy way of boosting the amounts of vitamins and minerals in our diets and suggest focusing on living a healthy lifestyle rather than trying to find the answer to long life in a bottle."

    Yea, kinda sad.

When I was 17 my parents gave me the option of going to college in August or getting a job and moving out. I opted for college. They said if you go to college we won't make you get a job this summer, you can take the summer off. Well all I did was EAT. EVERYTHING. I went from 140 to 210lbs in 9 weeks. I literally have stretch marks like a pregnant woman gets. I went from a 32 to a 42 waist.

After that, I became an exercise freak. I lost all that weight in the next 6 months, and then some. I got down to 135. Then found a happy medium at about 160. I'm only a 33 waist at 160 and a 32 at 135 so I'll do 160 its easier. If weather keeps me in the truck I can hardly sleep that night knowing I didn't go out jogging.

Now, at the age of 42, I'm still 160lbs and can jog further now than I ever could.

Yeah, right now it's 50 degrees here in Henderson, Nevada and I'm going jogging/walking for a few laps.

That's what I do, a combo of jogging and walking. I literally coined the phrase "jogwalking" to describe what I do.

Extremely comfortable jogging shoes are a necessity before starting. You try doing this in steel toe boots or cheap shoes without support and you can injure yourself.

Hey @Chinatown. May I ask why you purchase Puritans Pride vitamins? I haven't been taking vitamins for a few years now, but am thinking of takings a multi. Previously I was taking Innate Response Men Over 40 formula. Back then I did a bunch of looking around and determined that it's hard to know what the quality level of a brand is. So I got the vibe that Innate Response was one of the best. But it's expensive. $45 bucks for a bottle of 60 at Vitacost. What's your opinion on brand quality?
