Look around the job sites you hit now. Lots of deck work in construction. Talk to the other drivers. You’re pretty green, but you do have an advantage over more experienced drivers in one way. The construction knowledge. That is a bit of an edge you can work. @Chinatown may know some construction oriented carriers to point you at. I’m in project haulage, a lot of times a guy that can get on and off sites without having general contractors on the phone screaming is worth more than one with 20yrs experience. It may not be your ultimate goal, but it’s something you can use to put yourself in a better job than the one you have now. Like I said, China should have a list on the go here any minute. Good luck.
Any small flatbed outfits out there?

Maybe one of you know, but there is a small flatbed company, and I can't think of the name but they are located in Salina. I see them all the time running across Kansas.
