How did you solve these problems? How much money? Spare part? Mechanical issues?

Hey Guys. I purchased one of these trailers and took delivery in July. Been an up hill battle since. Cant seem to figure out where to place the blame for for problems. Some should go to Global Alpha Energy Solutions being they are the ones who sold them. My damages are physical as well as mechanical. As to the mechanics of the trailer, the problems are from bad craftsmanship. Rear door hooks not located properly, 1 ATRO badge missing on side. Did not fall off, no sign of it ever being put on. And to top it off, first cold day, 2 separate air lines just popped out of their fittings at 2 different times in the same night. Check them and all were slightly loose. Of coarse this caused the brakes to lock up resulting to tire replacing. And all the wheel hub caps were loose when it arrived. As for Global Alpha. I have hail damage from it being on their drop yard for shipping. They asked to allow to repair, we agreed but there is still damage. Over spray paint all down 1 side of the trailer. And 1 crack in 1 plate on the passenger side. All these problems have dated pictures for support. Tried contacting about these situations and after the first conversation, their has been no response. Will not answer phone calls. Will not respond to emails. Emails come back as blocked. My suggestion is to think hard before your purchase. Mistakes happen with anything built by man, but when you don't stand behind you name, there is where the problem is. If you do purchase any, Please do not consider Global Alpha Energy Solutions for any of the purchases.

All trailers are garbage. We bought 3 brand new wabash dry vans 5 months ago.

    1. Flat tire at the dealer when we went to pick it up
    2. Airbag failure (the little wabash specific one that keeps trailer height parked
    3. Rear light, a marker light, side blinker light ($65 fyi) failed
    4. Side skirt bolts actually departed and almost lost the whole thing
    5. Side skirt placed improperly on a separate trailer
    6. Door handle actually snapped in half, very little pressure was applied
    7. Side marker/blinker actually installed backwards (rear facing forward)
    8. My favorite one… on all 3 trailers, they welded the front stop bar that limits how far you can slide your tandems forward… too far back! So can’t even go into California without cutting and rewelding the stop bar. Tandems stop only a few feet from the rear.

In our fleet, we have trailers from Wabash, Vanguard, Hyundai, Utility, and Stoughton. Among these, Hyundai is my preferred choice due to their comprehensive standard features. These trailers are equipped with galvanized DOT bumpers, aerodynamic skirts, aluminum scuff plates, automatic tire inflation system and more. A standout feature of Hyundai trailers is the standard inclusion of a spare tire rack, a convenience I haven't seen offered by other brands.

Stoughton and Utility are also commendable for their excellent manufacturing standards, consistently delivering high-quality trailers. On the other hand, Vanguard, while producing decent trailers overall, tends to omit some premium features.

Wabash trailers, though generally reliable, have incurred the highest maintenance costs in our experience. This factor is important to consider when assessing overall value.

During the 2021 trailer crunch, we explored options from Atro. However, we encountered issues with the clarity of their warranty terms and found their responses to our inquiries to be unsatisfactory, leading us to look elsewhere
