Yes they did exist back in the day. I think it was a shakespeare antenna. But I believe Radio Shack sold the 102 inch fiberglass antenna too.

That's very impressive. Not only does it show the quality of the products from the 70's, but it also shows how well your dad takes care of his things.
I've got one well used and one brand new Francis Amazers. I forget how long they are, short of 102" now that I think about it....
