hey harley the 10 day doesnt cost you anything, but you also dont get paid anything, be prepared for a LARGE amount of info in a short amount of time with lots of tests, just call the recruiters to get the process rolling. I just finished my 10 day last Friday.
VERY good instructor and well put together 10 day class.
Instead of the bus ride you can opt for a plane ticket and they will reimburse you the diff between the two depending on where you are coming from. good luck

 

Looks like I might be going to the Feb 22nd 10 day orientation, in Conover. I'll let you all know what happens.

rednek, I'll be back on the road come Monday. I enjoyed 4 days at the house, well sort of... seems like I'm more worn out from being home than on the road. I might head in tonight so I don't have to deal with refrozen road in the morning, we'll see. Maybe I'll see you out in Cali or some place.
