I have the Garmin dezel (sp?). I love it

 

That's what this is. Taking some getting used to after having the rm but I couldn't hold out to the end of the quarter like I'd hoped.

 

The voice commands are really good. Plus seeing upcoming places to stop. It's helped me Trip plan breaks and where I plan to stop for the night.

 

That was me talking to you about those magnets. I know I kept having to pick the GPS off the floor with newer TND 7 something that had the magnet mount, and the TomTom wasn't any better, gave that a try but returned it because it was so archaic of a user interface it wasn't very friendly. For now, I'm going local, today in an hour or so as a matter of fact, so I won't be needing it right now, but will take a look at it.

 

I thought so but wasn't quite sure.

The magnet has a decent amount of pull and with my setup it doesn't bounce around. The groove is quite large that keeps it from moving around.
