    i can only imagine that the store owner, stabbed the assailant 5 times?

    maybe had he stabbed the assailant ONCE he'd not have been charged.?

    i dunno, the pitifulness' of being soft on criminals is sickening

    Again he was being attacked and stabbed. You don't think number of stabs. You think I want to live. You seem to think people have time to have these deep thoughts when they are in life/death situations.
