Hey they taste great so far.! Can't wait to get my hands on the choice cuts. Angus in my local grocery is ridiculous expensive, think they were talking $2.50-$3.00 per pound for this Dexter.. Does that seem reasonable for 125lbs.? Never purchased that much quantity..

To be honest idk. 2.50-3.00 plus process better be good beef around here. But I can toss a rock and hit beef cattle. I've heard 4,4.50 recent. But I have not bought any. I used to buy some top beef for 2.25 plus process fee. That was double wrapped. Sounds ok.

 

Alright, that's a starting point. I'm literally blind on this..

My ol Lady's memory (in my opinion) is selective at best.
Now she is claiming that 2.50 or $3 per lb is butchered, yet can't remember if its 2.50 or 3$.!! Lmao Find out soon enough I guess..

 

Now they are thinking blood clot possibly. Feet are going numb and odd vision problems. Not sure what to think at this rate.
