    Looking for a intermodal company to learn more about this field. Are there any good paying ones in the state of Florida? Have close to 3 years driving experience of Dry Van/Reefer

    I'd like to know as well.
    I'm looking to go independent in the future. Perhaps with a step deck. I was wondering if there are opportunities for hauling containers to be loaded on my own trailer.
    I live in the Jacksonville area.

    A chassis would be better, or a flat with inter-modal lock pins.
    A single drop wouldn't be dock-able.
    99.8% of intermodal is drop and hook too...
