i bought 2019 cascadia and this truck have above mentioned vibration .
I disconected drive shafts. Slip joints are frozen . no way to move in out by hand . This truck was parked about 8 months near Chicago. Driveline is Meritor. I put some wd40 and grease inside from back hole. I hope by driving 2000 miles slip joint will perform as needed.
I will try to find time to remove dpfs and inspect them... -

I HAVE ABSOLUTELY THE SAME ISSUE ON MY FRTL cascadia 2020. 505k miles. Please share if you found out what was causing the vibration

Did you check out the attached file in post #24? It looks like the problem may be by design.
