So I’ve had this truck for 3 years now bought it used 450k now has 818k yesterday I was climbing a steep grade and noticed what looked like smoke in a distance out my mirrors and shortly after smelled it... pulled over and checked to make sure it wasn’t me... well it was me I had tons of blow by smoke out of the breather filter it never smoked... shut the truck off coolant instantly leaked out overflow tank .. topped it off again and checked oil level looked good 55-60 psi while climbing cabbage hill. Uncoupled attempted to drive it back to the yard not even 45 sec later low coolant stop light added coolant again 1 min later did the same thing checked oil and oil is getting in coolant now starts turning milky... any ideas oil cooler possibly?I’ve never changed the filter to the breather system ... this truck has never gave me a issue in roughly 400k miles aside from fuel pump and dpf cleaning any help is greatly appreciated.

Probably blown head gasket or warped head. Did it overheat? I've seen several warped heads on a DD15. Warped so bad you could see it after pulling head bolts.
Sounds like your getting compression into your cooling systemDirk Diggler and LoneRanger Thank this. -
Call for a tow to a shop that someone can recommend if you can tell them where you are, bad things like needing a new crankshaft will happen if you try to drive with milk looking oil from a bad part?

Pushing coolant, probably blew the already weak oil cooler. Need to find out if it’s building pressure in the coolant, before anything,

Have to change the whole thing. It's a one time filter.
Double check where it's leaking from before a big bill comes -
It’s a blown head gasket/ warped or cracked head.
