    Current History.
    2004 series 60 14L
    Code 147/2
    No power/ boost
Harness isolated and load tested okay. Delta and tubes Okay. Air supply pressure okay. Actuated bench tested okay. Turbo vane lever moves freely.
No air is ever delivered to actuator.
Will make boost when actuator is disconnected and lever pushed up and engine throttled up.
New fuel filter and pump recently.

    (1) Key on, engine off, connect with DDDL 6.5
    (2) click "diagnostics" tab
    (3) click "ECM IO configuration" tab
    (4) click on "digital output" tab
    (5) click on "vpod"
    (6) input (95) as value "enter"
vpod should actuate fully. Listen for air leaks also.
P.S make sure air tanks are full before starting procedure

    Good Morning.
After clicking on "digital output" i do not get "VPOD" option.
    I get "VGT Control"
After confirming that my ECM to VPOD harness was good "isolated load tested" and confirming I had battery switch power to VPOD and check I had compressed air to VPOD I did put a new VPOD in and it corrected my problem. Thank You for your time again.

Sorry. I stand corrected. It is "VGT control" not "Vpod" Getting old sucks ###....

Perfect! :) I did have large amount of water/condensation in the tanks. It did get a new dryer cartridge and service.

The water is what is prematurely "destroying" the VPod.
