it didnt when I was there. but if you do smoke, use some kind of smoke eater spray or product and wipe everything down, clean the glass before changing trucks.

As a former smoker I am particularly sensitive to smoke. being in a confined space with the remnants of a smoker give me a screaming headache.
If you dont smoke or do , Ozium works very well for odor.

I gather you are referring to insurance questionnaire? in other words insurance fraud.

my answer above was to look out for the next driver. nothing about getting tested for smoking.
