    Find another job and resign from this company. Unless you can prove any of your accusations beyond a shadow of a doubt - it is all hearsay, he said she said, and you will be labeled a troublemaker. Just let it go and move on.

    Even if you leave I would rat his arse out. He shouldn’t be training or driving.

    @rolldice25 --

    As indicated above...it is indeed a "driver's market" out there right now...& there's no really good reason you should tolerate such an unprofessional world.

    To answer your qtn: no, leaving won't kill your driving future--but you do need to be much more careful with your choice for the next carrier.

    Suggestion: for your next carrier--pick one that is no-touch freight. You need to be focusing your energies on learning how to drive--leave the loading/unloading part to the dock people.

    For your next carrier--you need options.

    The Forum here can definitely help--but we need to know where you live (the closest city/state will work ok), and what endorsements (if any) you have....?

    Are you ok with OTR, or regional work?

    @Chinatown here is amazing with how informative he can be....
