    Does anyone actually worked for marten of jb hunt to recommend either or advice not to join them?

    You want OTR or what?
    Where is your location?
    I don't know which is best between JB Hunt & Martin. One is dry van and one is reefer.
    I'm biased for reefer, but not everyone agrees with that.

    I did reefer for 18 years and really liked it.
    Recently a couple drivers from Las Vegas posted similar to you.
    I'll find those threads and post them for you.
    You'll probably find what you want on there.
    I moved to Henderson/Las Vegas from Tennessee.
