Really. Explain how a new truck was delivered to me with finger tight nuts on the steer axle u-bolts then. Almost like someone un-decked it and billed the PDI, but didn’t do it. Trusting something for no reason beyond it being new is misplaced faith.

I don't get that. If you've got extra securement and he complains, so you take out a pocket knife and cut the strap and ask if you're still legal. If the answer is yes, then WTF does it matter if the strap was bad?

What's the name of the citation in that case? It can't be improper securement.

Last one in NY I had the guy had to go under my truck 3 times before he found an air hose he “didn’t like” (chaffed), took over 2 hours to find, really nothing you can do, pay the insurance premium next year and move on, and remember where to go around

No way you're overcoming the force of that 3030 spring chamber with a 5/16" wrench unless your park spring was broken or the slack adjusters were buggered.

If you're using a 5/16" wrench to adjust a slack adjuster, of course it wouldn't work.

Lmfao you gotta get out more. There's about 3 or 4 different brands of slack adjusters out there.
