Mid States Express Inc.

So anyone get their w-2s???

 

I called this morning, they said they were mailed Friday and if they didn't go out Friday, they'd go out today 2-1-10.

 

Hubby got his today!

 

Had to take a couple of minutes to send the college a note concerning the background of Mr. Hartmann. I would encourage others to do the same if they haven't already. unbelieveable that one of these thieves can come out of the situation in a better position.

Hope things are going well for you! Yes it is sad to watch these guys get away with the crap the pulled off but there is nothing we can do but move on.

Its not the same person. I went to IVCC Truck driver training, he is also in charge of two others,Waubonsee and Sauk Valley. The Bruce Hartmann that runs them has nothing to do with Mid States. You wrote your letter for nothing. Who would've ever thought there could be more than one Bruce Hartmann out there? Nothing like pissed off truck drivers! haha

 

It IS the same person. If you check his bio for the college, it states, "Prior to joining Waubonsee, Hartmann worked for 15 years as the controller for Mid-States Express, Inc. where he directed all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and generally accepted accounting principles compliance"

 

I was under the impression you meant that he was in charge of the truck driver training programs at the colleges. That is a different bruce hartmann. Sorry about that

We received a letter in the mail from the Pension Benefit Company for Mid states. They are trying to locate 5 men whom are entitiled to pension benefits. If you know any of the following..please contact them and have them contact PBGC. Their names are Dale Baker, Barry Baynum, Chad Dibkey, Douglas Jones and Richard Stephens. Thanks everyone! Just want the employees that are entitled to something from this company to get what they so deserve...
