It's a joke and practically worthless. Essentially, your drive time can't be over 11 combined on each side of your last break and your breaks on each side of your last drive time must total 10 hours minimum.

It makes me sick. They also demand the larger of the two breaks be done in the berth. So if I went home for 7 hours I'd have to lie on my logs. The Feds and their bs HOS/ELD fill me with the urge to vomit.

I'm not familiar with the ELD. I see the 65.46 cycle, Is that how much of your 70 you have left?
Your break down in #10 is almost accurate.
    Your off times of 3 and 7 = 10
Your drive time can be 3.54 and 7.46. = 11

I would put the 7 in SB. The 3 hour break I would use either OD or SB.

This is accurate, but you started with 7.46 drive.

That's because I burned into my drive time since I started the clock this morning. But once I get a 7, it gives me back the first 2.65. Then I could start finishing 11's based on that original 2.65.

You are losing about .89 hour of drive time.
    3 off
    7.46 drive
    7 off
    3.54 drive
    3 off
As long as you are inside the 14 hour rule. Which I think you are.

I never have been able to decipher the split sleeper either. @Cattleman84 could probably help you out

Yeah now you got it... When you want to get a full 11 and 14 back turn one of the 7 hour SB into a 10 hour SB and it will refresh both clocks completely.

Would it kill the ELD makers to provide screens that tell to what you need or what you can do next in a split?
