New to the Forum,
Just got my permit and I'm looking for a company that has high morale amongst drivers, and good pay when you start as a rookie. I live in El Paso, TX and it seems that all the "good" starting companies don't recruit this far west. I want to go to company with a paid CDL program, and a spot for me when I finish. I'm still young, so I would be grinding the first couple years anyways.
Probably been asked a million times

Estes has a terminal in El Paso. Get on their website and see if they are hiring for the “dock to driver” program. They’ll throw you on the dock and then get you trained in a truck. Used to be you had to be on the dock for 6 months but now I think it’s only 3. Don’t hold me to that though. Best of luck!
