Did she whip that breakfast up for y'all.? Look's like the perfect start to the day.!

 

4 days off for some truck work turned into 13 off. But

 

I went shopping last Friday at a garage sale at the lake while mama was working.

Found a last word indicator and a 6 inch starrett tri square head with a heavy craftsman rule in it.



So I payed my 4.50 and left.....with my 300 benjamins worth of tools.

Stopped at the end of the road to light a smoke and was shooting the #### with John the lake security guard. Here comes this golf cart flying up beside me. It's Bill from the sale. "Hey I got some more stuff in the basement if you want to take a look."

Sure....

Ended up picking out what I wanted. Another last word, 12 inch starrett tri square, and the rest of this. I offered a jackson but had to throw in a hamilton to get the deal made.



As a machinist felt like I hit the lottery. Mama wasn't near as impressed and was mad because I didn't bring her home the big red metal rooster yard thingy that I made the mistake of telling her about.

Just chilaxing here at home have about 6 weeks off right now and going to enjoy every bit of it after all I've worked rather hard for the last 11 months I deserve a good break even if the boss does not agree.

 

Oh I'm pretty sure she wanted to go get it Saturday morning but I woke up not feeling well and my left arm tingling..... think she was scared to leave me by the amount of times she asked about taking me to the doctor.

 

Idk how I forgot to reply to this haha man I like your style, stuff her in the truck with me and have food waiting for me that would blow any truck stop out the water like a depth charge
