So basically u take stuff loose and remember how it goes back, according to CAT.

unless they changed it since I checked last, cat warranty pays 6 hours to r&r waterpump, its been a couple years since I did 1 or looked at 1, been working on dd15 and isx. drain coolant, remove air cleaner piping, take front bellow off turbos along with front housing of lower turbo, remove precooler, coolant divertor and cooler bracket, oil cooler water neck, lower radiator hose, take backside cover off water pump, then remove bolts from frontside of front cover, remove water pump. you will have to fanagle, yes this is a mechanic word, the back cover and water pump out, put some white lithium grease or dielectric grease on the new o-ring on the water pump and dont pinch the oring when you go in with the new pump. hope this helps, there may be another step or two as it has been a couple years since I did 1 but this should be the basics. if you are not mechanically inclined it can be a job. I use to be able to do these in about 2 hours in my shop with all the tools at my disposal, but I've done hundreds of them.

Thank you so much guys
