A name of 3 letters in Chicago?

Just read all the threads here on foreign-owned Chicago companies.

Or don't, and we'll see you in here later complaining that you weren't paid and they report an abandonment to all future employers...

I don't generally go off google reviews, but where there is smoke, there is fire. Several former drivers stated they didn't get their last 2 paychecks, the illegally-withheld "escrow" never to be seen again, illegal 1099 classification of company drivers, foreign dispatch, remote log editing, and blaming drivers to take their money when hitting a deer.

    Classic recipe.

1099 drivers can expect to be audited in the near future.

Interesting... Their MCS-150 filing was for 1.8 million miles on only 5 trucks. Just how much log editing was required to get 360,000 miles/year out of each truck?

I've been specifically looking up information about this company and all that's turned up for me is s bunch of negative reviews and drivers who were talking about the things mentioned here.
I'm trying to put somethings together and need some personalized feedback.

Way on down on their Facebook page they state that they "Speak English, Russian, Lithuanian". That right there should tell you all you need to know.

I don't know this company specifically, but just stay away. There are many bad small trucking companies here in the Chicago area.

I think you've already received a great bit of info here. Did you already drive for them? You read the reviews. Along with what experienced drivers have told you about the landscape of Chicagoland foreign companies that should be enough. If you go to the Bad Company forum you will find many postings about very similar companies. You might even find the company you are looking for. Could be two or three name changes to weed through.
